Creating Your Account

Before you can purchase and manage hosting with Arlo, you'll need an Arlo account.

Your account gives you access to the Arlo dashboard, where you can manage your hosting services, Arlo Credits, and account settings.

Creating your account

1. Go to the Arlo Hosting website.
2. Select Register a new membership.
3. Enter the required information.
4. Complete the registration process by verifying your email address and Discord account.
5. Sign into your new Arlo account.

Once you've signed in, you'll be taken to your dashboard.

Your dashboard

Your dashboard is where you can manage your Arlo services.

Depending on your account, you'll be able to:

• View and manage your hosting services
• View your Arlo Credit balance
• Access your hosting servers
• Manage your account
• Contact Arlo Support

Keep your account secure

You are responsible for keeping your Arlo account secure.

We recommend:

• Using a strong, unique password
• Never sharing your password
• Keeping your email account secure
• Signing our of shared or public devices

WARNING

Arlo Support will never ask for your account password, Discord bot token, API key, or other sensitive credentials.
